In the Yamanyá Backpackers Hostel Cusco you have free wi-fi access and internet, so you can keep in touch with friends and family, or relax in any of our comfortable common areas where you can always meet some new mates. We also offer a varietz of activities in and out of the hostel, from city tours to Machu Picchu treks, so you'll find heaps to keep you busy.
But above all, you'll find the most comfortable mattresses and toasty warm feather eiderdowns in Cusco, so don't deny yourself the best night’s sleep you're likely to get on your travels! | |

Location & Transportation |
Yamanyá Backpackers Hostel Cusco is located only five minutes walk from Cusco's Plaza de Armas, in a safe and quiet street one block from the Avenida el Sol, where you'll find ATMs, banks, pharmacies and money changers. The supermarket is also only five minutes away, as well, and the local foodmarkets a short walk beyond that.
The bustling bar district of San Blas begins a few blocks beyond the Plaza de Armas. Everything you need is well within reach.
Cusco is the perfect starting point for trips to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. Furthermore there is a number of amazing Inca ruins close by to explore. | | Directions | If you'd rather make you're own way, these easiest thing to do is jump in a taxi and ask for following direction "Yamanyá Backpackers Hostel, Calle San Andres 260 (doscientos sesenta that is in Spanish)". From Cusco Airport taxis shouldn't charge any more than eight Soles, but if you're a good bargainer and get a taxi on the street you'll get it down further. From the bus station you'll pay not more than three to four Soles.
If you're on foot, turn from the Plaza de Armas down into the Avenida El Sol (the opposite corner of the plaza from McDonalds). Take the first street to the right onto Almagro, then the first left on to San Andres. We're about half a block down on the right hand side. |
